Exchange/Return Policy:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Items purchased in store are eligible for return/exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. If the original purchaser is not available, store credit will be given. Exchanges can be made by either purchaser or receiver. Any remaining value upon exchange will be given as store credit. Store credit must be used within 30 days. Items must be in original condition. Custom pieces are neither returnable nor exchangeable. In the event that Mel's Diamond House | Justin Isaac Jewelry has made any alterations to the item, such as sizing, a $100 restocking fee must be paid by the customer.
Online purchases are eligible for return within 7 business days upon delivery. No exchanges.
Unclaimed Property Policy:
Any customer item in our possession for any reason that has not been picked up within 30 days becomes the property of the store.
Shipping Policy:
Any shipping fees for items purchased online or by phone are 100% the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, once an item has left our facility it is no longer our responsibility. This includes stolen packages.
Cleaning/Inspections:
We recommend having your jewelry cleaned and inspected every 3 months. This ensures your jewelry remains at its peak quality. We provide this service free of charge.
Sale Items:
Anything given at a "special price", meaning it is discounted more than the usual amount, is not eligible for return or exchange.
Diamond Purchase Policy:
Any diamond solitaire or diamond earrings purchased directly from us is eligible for trade if you are going UP in size. Store credit for amount paid will be given to use towards the trade.
Custom Pieces:
Anything custom created by Justin Shuman is not eligible for refund or exchange. If a render is sent to and approved by the customer, no more changes can be made. If the customer is unhappy with the approved design AFTER it has been cast, the customer will be financially responsible for any work and redesign they wish to have.
